Max A Hauser just finished and edited his new Revised and updated 2nd Edition 2015. book (Manual) and training course “All about Menu Planning,Drafting and Presentation” and completed as well the French version “Menus et Cartes de Mets bien écrits”. The Menu Planning Training Course (2 Power Point presentations – Set menus & à la carte menus), both in English and French language are already up and running.
Last year in March and April he has completed training courses with the TAJ Mahal Group of Palaces & Resorts in various cities in India (the CEO Mr. Raymond Bickson is a former EHL, 1979), as well The Hotel and Management School in Aurangabad in India which all participants rated as successful. He is in negotiation with other large Hotel Groups, like Mövenpick, Kempinsky, Hyatt, etc., also Airline companies such as SWISS and Lufthansa as well other Hotel and Management Schools around the globe. The courses will be tailor made to specific needs.
Mid of March he just came back from a 4 weeks successful teaching trip for Students and F & B Faculty , in Kuala Lumpur (KDU University) and Indonesia (Trisakti inJakarta, Hotel and Management School in Bandung and Universitas Ciputra in Surabaya).
Another engagement with the TAJ Mahal Group of Palaces & Resorts in conjunction with the Chairman of the Indian Hotel Association is planned for this coming September or October. The exact dates have to be confirmed.
